HELIO's Linear Flow visualizes linear processes, data flows, or the sequence of modules in a machine in a clear format that is easy to understand. It consists of several Linear Flow modules that can display the most important parameters/outputs at a glance.
Linear Flow only shows the elements that are truly relevant for operation, providing an optimal overview even of large, complex systems. The modules can be freely designed using icons, graphics, status displays, and warnings. Collapsible groups and a reduced display make it easy to maintain an overview and flexibly control complexity.
Practical examples such as Müller Apparatebau or BB Engineering show that even with many modules, the visualization remains structured, scalable, and dynamic. Linear Flow is suitable for both individual process steps and overall overviews and often serves as a central status widget. If necessary, interactive detailed information can be displayed without overloading the main view.
