Training

We will guide you through the initial steps of commissioning HELIO and demonstrate how everything works.

Even after the training, our experts will continue to provide support as needed, for example, for a specific project. The training takes place by appointment, either remotely via Teams or in our training rooms in Würzburg. We adapt the content flexibly to your specific requirements, whether it be technical training, Q&A, or intensive project support.

Custom Elements

Individual requirements—such as a specific UI element, complex visualization, new feature, or custom interface that HELIO does not currently offer? No problem.

Together with an experienced team of experts, we design, develop, and test tailor-made solutions that are precisely tailored to your specific application.

Implementation is fast and targeted, based on your specific requirements.

System Integration

Our experienced application engineers actively support development with HELIO, or implement projects for our customers completely independently.

We take care of setting up the application, selecting suitable controls, and implementing an existing software template or design system. We gradually hand over the project to our customer's team and offer continuous support until the transfer of know-how is complete.

Analysis

During the analysis phase, we lay the foundation for a customized operating concept and user-centered usability optimizations.

We specifically examine the function and operation of existing systems in a real-world context. We analyze technical requirements, evaluate software quality, and conduct interviews with users to understand their actual needs. In addition, we organize workshops with the manufacturer's experts.

This creates a solid foundation for well-founded design and concept decisions.

Prototyping

We define usage requirements, develop the information architecture and prototype the new concept.

With the help of wireframes and clickable prototypes, operating procedures are visualized and iteratively improved. This results in an interface that is intuitive, logically structured, and easy to learn. Users can reliably monitor processes, adjust parameters, quickly record messages, and efficiently troubleshoot problems—supported by clearly structured statistics and diagnostic data. This creates a positive user experience.

Testing

In structured usability tests, we review the operating concept with selected users.

They work on predefined tasks while we observe their behavior and gain insights into their process using the “thinking aloud” method. In addition, we conduct interviews and use standardized ISO questionnaires to systematically identify the strengths and weaknesses of the user interface.

The results are evaluated and directly incorporated into the optimization of the interface—for the most intuitive and efficient user experience possible.

Interfacedesign

In addition to the pre-designed themes that HELIO comes with out of the box, the entire user interface can be customized to a new interface design.

If no design specifications exist yet, we will work them out together based on the design elements of your corporate design – such as colors, fonts, and icons. The result is a user interface that is not only easy to use, but also visually matches your company's CI perfectly. This customized design strengthens your brand identity and ensures a consistent user experience.

UI Components

If required, we develop customized controls, infographics and other visual elements—tailored precisely to the product and function.

Customized UI elements improve comprehensibility and enhance the quality of operation—particularly suitable for growing, modular systems and complex applications.

These individually designed components increase efficiency, minimize operating errors, and create a consistent, intuitive user experience.

Design Systems

A customized design system consistently defines all visual and functional UI elements such as colors, typography, icons, buttons, and layouts.

It forms the basis for a consistent UI design across all products and platforms. With clearly documented guidelines and reusable components, it facilitates collaboration between design and development teams and accelerates the implementation of new features.

HELIO supports the use of design tokens – ideal for rolling out a central design system in a scalable manner across the company.
