Increase productivity with the right insights Line monitoring / SIG
SIG Line Monitoring helps to visualize, measure and improve the performance of a SIG filling machine and a complete filling line. We have created an intuitive user interface that visualizes complex data with easy-to-understand graphics, making it possible to make the right decisions and understand how well a filling line is performing.
Implementation
For SIG, a completely customized frontend was developed based on the HELIO core and integrated by our team. Numerous custom UI components were integrated into HELIO for the very specific requirements in the area of line monitoring. As part of our UX services, a user-centered operating concept with analysis, prototyping and testing was developed in advance and then completed with an individual interface design. The result is a tailor-made suit that can be configured with the HELIO IDE.
Challenge and Application
SIG Line Monitoring displays data in a way that is useful and easy to understand. The dashboard page provides a quick overview of all filling lines and their operating status. Patterns and trends can be identified by analyzing measurements over a selected period of time. Reports on all important KPIs are sent by e-mail.
Consistent all along the line with HELIO
The SIG Line Monitoring is a tailor-made solution that was created by us on the basis of HELIO in a custom project with its own skin and layout especially for SIG. The previous and multiple award-winning line HMI project "SIG Cruiser" was the basis for the design of the monitoring system. The HELIO Editor also makes it possible to make changes to the layout or a new compilation of content quickly and easily without any programming knowledge. This makes the system extremely flexible and gives SIG the opportunity to quickly implement very different customer requirements.
Intuitive, efficient & sustainable
The information structure and interaction are structured in such a way that the user can quickly access the essential information. Data is presented in a comprehensible way from the general to the specific, whereby time periods and contexts can be changed flexibly. An optimal user experience is provided regardless of the user role. HELIO ensures that current data is presented in a meaningful structure without additional work steps.
Strong Brand Design
The user interface is characterized by a clear visual brand language in which basic SIG corporate elements have been retained. In addition, the distinctive individual icon and illustration style supports the user in daily workflows. In addition, modern SIG brand elements are used in balance with ambient lighting and colors typically used in an industrial environment, reducing visual clutter and adapting the UX to an industrial environment.
