Challenge and Application
The developed software is used for bulk storage areas and blending beds in all industries. These include the cement, iron, steel and aluminum industries, the power plant industry, mining & minerals, alternative fuels, ports and terminals. The challenge in the first step was to create awareness of the importance, relevance and significance of the data and then to jointly develop comprehensible visualizations. The quickly comprehensible infographics developed, e.g. regarding the wear and tear of individual machines, contribute to predictive maintenance of the systems and thus to an immense improvement in overall operations.
A quick overview from anywhere
The mobile maintenance software enables service technicians to access relevant key system figures and maintenance data from anywhere. Individual dashboards and clear infographics provide a quick overview of the system status. Detailed trend analyses and help texts provide deeper insights. The design in the manufacturer's corporate design ensures a user-friendly interface. Warnings and error messages in signal colors highlight problems and enable preventive maintenance to avoid downtime.

The frontend was implemented using HELIO. The content of the entire front end can be configured without programming knowledge and can be adapted to new machine types and applications.
